If any of the goods ordered are not available/in stock, we will inform you via either e-mail or telephone. After dispatch of your order, an e-mail confirmation will be sent to you by E-mail or whats app for your records ( Tracking Details ).

If there is any delay in the delivery of your order by the courier service. Please inform us, our customer service team will quickly check & respond you.

If the Customer is not available at the time of delivery, the Company/courier agent shall try and deliver the item thrice before returning the same to Visionaart.com. All costs for re-shipment and handling in the case of non-delivery to the Member shall be chargeable to the Member.

If you place an incorrect order and require a return or an exchange, the shipping costs will need to be covered by you. We do not dispatch or deliver orders on Indian National and festival holidays.
